Since joining the firm in 2008, Tim’s expertise in appraising, preparing and negotiating property damage and business interruption losses has allowed him to guide commercial policyholders successfully through the property insurance claims process. In 2017, Tim was promoted to Senior Vice President at Jansen/Adjusters International. As an expert in building renovation, repair, and replacement construction and estimation, Tim specializes in handling large-scale commercial losses by identifying all of the coverages that may be applicable to the claim in order to maximize the business owners’ financial returns after a devastating property disaster. An expert in the use of Xactimate Construction and Adjustment estimation software, Tim believes that the proper valuation of both building and contents damage along with thorough documentation of every aspect of the claim are two of the most important steps he can take when representing the interests of his policyholder clients. He is licensed as a Public Insurance Adjuster in 14 states and is a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) as well as the Texas Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (TAPIA).
