Luis Rodriguez joined Jansen/Adjusters International in August 2013. Serving as Lead Generation Director, he is responsible for generating leads tailored to the firm’s service offering—ultimately joining their fight for equitable insurance recovery. Over the course of his career, Luis decreased department overhead by 92% while simultaneously increasing qualified lead generation output by a significant proportion.
Luis also serves as our UAV Remote Operator/Thermographer. Certified in Level 1 Thermography, he is responsible for performing infrared thermal imaging to assist in system reliability and resolving the cause of failed or defective systems.
Luis is also skilled in performing building evaluations of both structure and components to determine resolutions related to the claim.
Prior to joining the team, Luis worked eight years as an Assets Manager for a restoration company where he worked hand-in-hand with their Operations Management to supervise over 200 technicians and 25 superintendents. Additionally, he managed the maintenance of their fleet of over 30 commercial vehicles.
Luis possesses 16 years of leadership in proactive departments involving radio communications and transmissions.
His unique skillset in leadership, data mining, field technology capabilities, and his vision for scalability have made him a valuable part of the Jansen/AI culture.
