A Bittersweet Farewell
Jansen/Adjusters International said goodbye to long-time colleague and friend Chris Rich earlier this month. Rich started at Jansen/AI almost 40 years ago in December of 1982. Since helping to establish the public adjusting industry in Texas, Rich has been one of the firm’s key players.
“He was here when our industry was just getting started in Texas. There wasn’t any licensing, and our existence was barely recognized,” wrote Art Jansen, Chief Executive Officer at Jansen/AI. “He has been as tenacious, dependable, and consistent as anyone I’ve ever met, and he will be missed.”
Rich and his family are moving to California to write the next chapter in their lives, but for the team at Jansen/AI, Rich’s legacy will continue to live on.
