The Adjusters International (AI) Board of Directors welcomes Jansen/Adjusters International—formerly Jansen International, LLC—as the newest member of the elite public adjusting and disaster recovery consulting organization. This summer, Jansen became a shareholder of Adjusters International and it now serves as one of AI’s operating firms that provide services to clients recovering from natural and manmade disasters.

Jansen/AI maintains an office in Houston from which it provides service throughout the US; primarily in Texas, other Southeast states and the Gulf Coast.

Arthur T. Jansen, SPPA, CEO, who is a past president of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA), a past president of the Texas Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (TAPIA) and one of only two public adjusters to sit on the Texas Department of Insurance's Adjuster Advisory Board, noted that the new relationship is the perfect alignment of his company’s long history and deep experience with AI’s unparalleled expertise and respect within the disaster recovery industry.

"After helping thousands of businesses, public corporations, and government entities for over 25 years, I understand the extreme strain property owners face after a devastating loss,” said Jansen. “By working collaboratively with the highly experienced experts within the AI family, we will continue to strive to exceed our clients’ expectations by ensuring that they receive the maximum benefits that they are owed under their insurance policies and/or government grant programs.”

Texas is now home to two prominent AI firms. The Beneke Company/Adjusters International, a fourth generation Austin-based firm and the oldest public adjusting firm in the state of Texas, will continue to serve central and south Texas. The Beneke Co./AI’s Founder and President Jim Beneke, who is also a past president of both NAPIA and TAPIA and the other public adjuster representative on the Texas Department of Insurance's Adjuster Advisory Board, noted that the expertise, professionalism and experienced adjusting team that Jansen/AI brings to the Adjusters International family makes the firm a welcome addition.

AI’s family-owned firms, handed down from generation to generation, are deeply dedicated to serving and supporting their local communities. AI’s goal in forming Adjusters International was to be able to maintain the firms’ local community commitment while bringing their clients an unprecedented level of expertise.

Founded in 1985, Adjusters International (AI) is the national leader in disaster recovery consulting. AI works exclusively for the property owner to ensure maximum results from first-party property insurance and FEMA disaster recovery claims.
