Our most critical component to good service is that we will be there for you in person. After a disaster, our team of public adjusters and disaster claim experts arrive on the scene to assess every possible source of damage to estimate the true cost of a loss. This may seem like a simple feat, but recently, some insurance carrier adjusters have been relying on remote technologies or third-party contractors to assess the damage of a property claim. As experts in property damage claims, we know that extent of the damage cannot be properly examined until you have seen it for yourself. We leave no stone unturned.

Throughout the pandemic, we remained committed to our customers. With their health and safety being our number one priority, we continued to serve our customers when they needed us most. We put safety measures in place, such as personal protective equipment (PPE), and designated times to be onsite to analyze damage safely and successfully. In conjunction with our in-person visits, we seamlessly utilize remote technology, including cameras, drones, and virtual meetings. The remote technology does not replace our work – it supplements it, resulting in a more comprehensive assessment.

We Come Prepared

In addition to reviewing the damaged property in person, we show up prepared to assess and document the damages, we bring the necessary equipment, documentation, knowledge, and expertise to the site of the property damage. With our vast experience in the field, we understand the insurance language and area building code regulations that can impact the financial recovery of your claim.
